A 300+ bed hospital in Northern Idaho is seeking a Perioperative Services Nurse Director to lead their surgical team. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Perioperative Services Nurse Director will oversee a surgical service line the performs a wide variety of services including Trauma Surgery, Endovascular and Cancer services. The Nurse Director Surgical Services will be well supported by an innovative team consisting of a Nurse Manager OR, Nurse Manager PACU, and 40+ full-time RNs. The Nurse Director of Perioperative Services will enjoy working closely with supporting staff members to encourage transformational leadership throughout the surgical services hierarchy.
