Utilizing the "Housing 1st" model the Housing Stabilization Coordinator will collaborate closely with client to accomplish housing or maintain housing. They will work to assist the Housing Assessment & Engagement Coordinator and the Intake and Diversion Coordinator. The Housing Stabilization Coordinator position is primarily responsible for the oversight of the smooth running of the residential programs and support of the housing and income efforts of shelter, transitional, and permanent housing clients/residents for Bethlehem Haven. The Housing Stabilization Coordinator provides a variety of skilled administrative duties directly related to program management activities. These include maintaining databases, preparing routine correspondence, providing customer service to the clients served. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Completes and collects all Housing Applications, works with clients and follow-ups to ensure that all housing paperwork is completed.
