Youth Care Worker Bilingual - (Philadelphia, PA)

Position description VisionQuest is hiring Bi-lingual Direct Care Staff for a residential program for Spanish speaking youth in Philadelphia, PA. Come make a difference in the life of a young person. Responsibilities :Provide youth with guidance, support, compassion and structure through mentoring, role modeling and the integration of VisionQuest fabric to promote personal growth and development. :Promote logical decision making to assist youths expertise to handle real life situations. :Responsible for the supervision, safety, preservation of youth rights, and overall care of the youth. Qualifications Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish and be at least 21 yrs of age. Be able to obtain clearances by passing FBI, PA State Police, and PA Child Abuse background checks. Applicants for this role must have a bachelors degree in the human service field or 2 years background working with at:risk youth. Expertise to present yourself as an appropriate role model to youth.
