Real Estate Paralegal or Transaction Coordinator - (Oceanside, CA)
Seeking highly motivated, team member with great communication, writing and math skills to perform due diligence and facilitate closings for national multifamily real estate development and investment company. Significant background with commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, and/or financing) required. Helpful but not necessary to have background with real estate development projects and/or affordable housing transactions (including tax credit transactions). Duties: Fast-paced, deadline driven environment Work with sellers, lenders, escrow and title agents from project inception through closing Conduct due diligence, including by coordinating and reviewing 3rd party reports such as environmental Prepare closing statements (inclusive of prorations and closing costs) and "sources and uses" statements
