Massage Therapist Director - (Richmond, VA)

Hand and Strone Massage and Facial Spa is currently looking for a skilled Massage Therapist Director. You will be responsible for the organization, promotion, development, and supervision of the Massage Therapist department across multiple locations. Assignments include managing, motivating and training existing therapist. In addition, you'll lead the focus of recruiting and training new therapists across multiple locations. Responsibilities: Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to customers Recruit, hire and mentor Massage Therapists and to promote career growth through training, development and performance assessments Monitor and develop Massage Therapists' i Collaborate closely with Spa managers and Team Leads to ensure that objective are being achieved for the massage department Requirements: 5 to ten years massage background in a professional environment
