Nurse Quality Manager - (Salinas, CA)

A mid-sized, non-profit hospital in Northern California is seeking an Quality Improvement Specialist to develop and implement process improvement efforts for their multidisciplinary team. The Quality Improvement Specialist will oversee hospital wide quality measures and the process improvement initiatives. Under direction of the Quality Nurse Manager, the Quality Improvement Manager is responsible for analysing outcomes measures in order to develop and implement innovative programs that work to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction while ensuring compliance. The Quality Improvement Specialist will utilize their clinical background and education to lead a team that is responsible for data collection and outcomes analysis. The Quality Improvement Manager will have sufficient understanding of California, Federal and Joint Commission regulations, procedures and policies.
