Service Technician - (Phoenix, AZ)

Job overview The primary focus of this position will be to diagnosis mechanical issues with vehicles being run through the auction. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to: Examine various systems within the vehicle to diagnose problems, run computerized diagnostic test to identify components that may be malfunctioning, remove parts that are worn out or not operating properly and replace with new, used or aftermarket parts, routine maintenance, prepare estimates in advance for unanticipated repairs, perform Arbitration checks and re-checks, complete work in a timely accurate manner, good customer service skills, organized and detailed. Must be able to handle a variety of customer service and administrative tasks, great customer service skills and attitude, attentive to information, highly organized, should be able to multi-task and work outside of the box to resolve issues.
