Accountant - (Dallas, TX)

An Asset Manager with over $8 Billion assets under management is currently looking to recruit for an Accountant to be responsible for their hedge fund and CLO assets. You will be part of the Accounting team and be responsible for multiple entities. You will collaborate together with the Director of Accounting, Fund Controller and the CFO. Responsibilities Responsible for preparing the monthly financial statements within the master-feeder fund structures Responsible for the monthly reconciliations of balance sheets and income statement accounts Prepare the monthly partner allocations and capital statements Support and liaise with the external auditors to resolve any queries Assist in the annual financial statement preparation Assist with the fund expense processing and allocation Qualifications CPA Qualified Masters/MBA preferred Min of 5yrs experience in an accounting or audit positions Hedge Fund or Private Equity Experience desired Audit or Partnership accounting experience desired If this is a position you
