Manager, Fund Accounting - (Dundee, FL)

A Private Real Estate Investment Manager are currently looking to recruit a Fund Accounting Manager to supervise a team of 3 senior accountants and be responsible for all of the accounting and reporting related to the Funds as well as the Investor reporting. Responsibilities Supervise the work of three Senior Accountants that handle fund accounting for the investments inclusive of Real Estate, Loan Portfolios, CMBS and Joint Venture Investments Responsible for the monthly accruals, general ledger reconciliations and inter-company transactions an Responsible for the investor reporting inclusive of preparing the statements of the capital and other required investor reporting Review the valuation process of fund asset and liabilities Oversee the preparation of the annual and quarterly fund and feeder financial statements Assist the tax department in gathering data needed for yearly tax returns Prepare evaluations for mid year and year-end Prepare monthly reports and analyze the months financial activity
