Intern-Software Engineering Intern - (Auburn Hills, MI)

Job details The Intern would be responsible for supporting Electronic Brake and Safety (EBS) software engineering. This includes but not limited to; Problem analysis. Development of scripts/tools to aid in problem analysis and/or product development. Software verification on HIL and SIL. Assistance in other tasks as needed and determined by management. Job responsibilities Minimum experience: Must be currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program. Must maintain a min GPA of 2.8. Must be able to work year round, not Summer only. Preferred Requirements: Course of study/major: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related position. Expertise to coordinate with international teams. Background in at least 1 scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, Perl, etc.). Background in at least 1 highlevel programming language (preferably, C/C++). Familiarity with Git, GitHub, MKS, or other Version Control Systems. Motivated to learn new technical things quickly.
