Maintenance Person, high rise apartment community - (Elizabeth, NJ)

Legow Management Company, L.L.C., is a family owned and operated real estate investment and management business, spanning three generations and almost fifty years in business. With over 120 employees, LMC owns and manages 35 rental apartment communities throughout New Jersey and 1 in Deerfield Beach, Florida. We are currently seeking a Maintenance person for Chilton Towers, our 197 unit high rise apartment community in Elizabeth, NJ. Our Maintenance person works closely with the Superintendent to provide outstanding customer service to our residents and will be responsible for the following: Repairs to plumbing, heating, air conditioned, electrical systems, appliances, ceramic tile and minor carpentry Prepare apartments for rental Preventative maintenance Must be available for after-hours emergencies as required.
