Cook (Full time) Location: Columbus Min Requirements A high-school certificate/GED. At least 1 (1) year of background in large quantity meal preparation. Expertise to work with all levels of staff and management using tact and courtesy. Certified in Food Protection Level-1 Food Safety training by the Ohio Department of Health. Expertise to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Responsibilities Basic knowledge of cooking procedures, measurements and process Prepares and cooks a variety of foods in large (200) quantities in accordance with planned menus, food manufacturers cooking or re-heating instructions, and standardized recipes.
