Use available tools to assist business to optimally manage talent Staffing ? Assist in filling Hourly, Professional and Executive level roles? Employee Relations ? Manage all aspects for exempt and non-exempt populations, collaborating closely with a Corporate Employee Relations team Compensation Planning ? Ensure pay levers are in place and deployed, including FLSA reviews
