Boardman, OR Salary: $48K-$65K The HR Generalist provides Human Resources support to the company's plants and office employees. Partners in the coordination and implementation of Human Resource activities, such as payroll, employment, benefits, employee relations, training, compliance and other employee services. Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality along with meeting company safety, food safety and quality, cost and GMP standards. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Make recommendations for increased efficiency in recruitment. Manage staffing vendors and services. Ensure competitiveness of staffing rates. Review staffing vendors service and rates and go to market for new bids on an annual basis.
