Software QA Analyst - (Tampa, FL)

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and develop robust automation testing architecture using HP QTP/UFT, Fitnesse and Selenium Webdriver. Design, create, maintain and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure that the designed software meets the intended qualifications and quality standards. Create, maintain and run automated test scripts using Java, Python, and VBScript. Conduct performance testing using HP LoadRunner and Apache JMeter. API testing using SoapUI Pro and HP QC/ALM to ensure API's work in an optimal manner. Perform database testing using complex SQL Database testing queries and conduct ETL/Datawarehouse testing to ensure data accuracy. Manage defects using HP QC/ALM and Atlassian JIRA and ensure defects are resolved and closed promptly through defects triage calls. Estimate test planning and test execution efforts using MS Project and Excel and communicate estimations to the project team. Prepare detailed status reports using Microsoft excel and distribute to key stakeholders.
