Coal Quality Coordinator - (Richfield, UT)

COAL QUALITY COORDINATOR SALARY EXEMPT JOB LOCATION: Canyon Fuel Company Sufco Mine OVERALL JOB PURPOSE : Coordinates the transportation and blending of BRP coal sales to achieve customer specifications at the highest value for BRPO. Completes blending plans that utilize product from multiple mines to achieve goals. ASSIGNMENTS INCLUDE: Develop and coordinate short-term (daily, monthly, quarterly and annual) shipping and blending plans to optimize the coal delivered to PacifiCorp's Hunter and Huntington facilities consistent with longer term plans to optimize use of coal available from BRP and purchase mines. Incudes other customer deliveries also. Develop mid-term (five years) and long-term (life of mine) blending plans consistent with Life of Mine Plans that optimize BRP profitability achieving customer specifications at the highest margin. Must use knowledge of transportation costs as well as customer contract qualifications.
