Accounting Manager - (Goleta, CA)

We are a Santa Barbara, CA based, well-funded, fast growing on-line marketing and mattress company seeking a dynamic individual to become a key member of our accounting team. This position is unique as we are not looking for an individual to only fill a specific job function; rather, this person will be a key member of our accounting team and will also assist in the administrative operations of the business. You will assist in everything from accounting functions like bank reconciliation, AR/AP, Balance Sheet reconciliations, monthly close, creation of financial statements, etc. to managing payroll, some human resource work, licensing, etc. You will work directly with the Controller.
