New Horizons - Administration Policies and Procedures Title: Accounting Assistant to Finance Director I. Reporting Relationship Position reports to: Finance Director II. Basic Functions To assist the Finance Director in the daily operations of the Finance Department III. Key functions Employee data entry, including but not limited to: payroll entry, reimbursements; electronic filing of employee payroll/finance documents Foster parent data entry, including but not limited to, foster parent payroll entry, reimbursement entry, paperless filing of foster parent payroll/finance documents Assistance with STAR Program billing and data entry Tracking and ensuring that all Medicaid licensing is accurate and current DFPS/Superior Health/Medicaid billing and data entry Assistance with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing Ordering, dispersing and tracking office supplies for all programs of New Horizons Understanding of policies and procedures as they pertain to finance
