Lead FPGA Design Engineer - (Los Gatos, CA)

At SA Photonics, we specialize in the design, development and manufacturing of complex, state-of-the-art sensors and communications systems for military, space and commercial applications. Our products include both optical and RF systems. SA Photonics has a small team of highly experienced engineers and scientists and we are currently looking for a Lead FPGA Design Engineer to support several critical programs requiring a range of engineering tasks. This is a full time, regular position. Citizenship Due to the nature of much of the work we do, this position is restricted to U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents only. Key Areas of Responsibility Include: Leading or participating in the development of subsystem / system-level specifications, design architectures, and functional partitions Executing detailed module, subsystem, and system level design, simulation, and verification Leading the effort to implement, debug, and verify these systems/subsystems in chip
