Description: This culinary position mandates excellent communication abilities as well as at least 2 yrs of previous line and fine dining background. A Culinary degree or related hotel background desired. Applicants should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling. This person may be required to give direction in the supervisor's absence. Requirements: Requires great communication abilities. 3 yrs of previous line background desired.
