Description: This culinary position mandates excellent communication abilities as well as at least 2 yrs of previous line and fine dining background. A Culinary degree or related hotel background desired. Applicants should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling.
