Title: Principal Systems Engineer / Sr. Principal Systems Engineer Ship Systems: The System Architecture Design and Integration Directorate (SADID) in Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) is seeking candidates for a Systems Engineering position within the Maritime Domain Systems Department. This position is located in Portsmouth, RI. Position overview: The engineer will perform analysis and develop requirements, modeling and simulation, metrics, defining of algorithms and interfaces, development of process/procedures and more throughout the program life-cycle. Will provide recommendations in the form of cogent white papers or presentations up to the level of customer reviews. Will work unaided and in a team environment across disciplines with providing superior problem-solving, and rapidly grasp new concepts and gain a system level understanding. Will contribute to technical innovation, growth and process improvement.
