Position description Land O'Frost is recruiting for a second Shift Production Supervisor located in Lansing, IL. In this role, you will focus on the safety of employees, coaching and developing future leaders and meeting the productivity and quality requirements of the finished product. You will collaborate with other supervisors to develop, complete and improve on production requirements. Are you up to the challenge? Responsibilities Reviews the production schedule to keep all lines running to meet internal customer needs. Keeps team focused on productivity, quality, HACCP, and USDA requirements. Identifies and implements new processes and procedures as necessary. Monitor change-over's and set-up's to reduce down time. Communicates and interacts with other supervisors daily to create an environment focused on teamwork, learning and innovation leading to best practices.
