Nursing Shift Supervisor - (Bowling Green, OH)

Wood County Hospital is now accepting applications for a Nursing Shift Supervisor. The Nursing Shift Supervisor assists with the leadership of the various hospital departments by serving as a management and clinical resource, providing shift oversight and coordination of unit/hospital operations in collaboration with the respective Department Director(s) and Administration. Participates in activities related to patient care as needed during the assigned shift. Demonstrates critical thinking/clinical reasoning to ensure delivery of safe, quality, timely, compassionate, and cost-effective care to the patient populations served by the hospital. Effectively communicates and collaborates both intra- and interdepartmentally with staff, directors, physicians, administration, and other healthcare teammates. Position qualifications: Provides leadership and support for clinical operations and other hospital staff.
