Pathologist- Part Time (NCI) with Security Clearance - (Frederick, MD)

Description: PROGRAM DESCRIPTION The CLIA Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory (CMDL) is part of Leidos Biomedical Research's Cancer Research and Technology Program (CRTP) at the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research. The CMDL is responsible for providing high level research in support of the NCI, NIH Clinical Center, NIAID and clinical trial sites). CMDL is charged with the development and application of genomic assays for use in medical research and diagnostics for NCI-sponsored national extramural clinical trials and for NIH associated patient care. KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES The Pathologist will support: * CMDL in the development of robust and cutting edge genomic assays used for molecular profiling of patient specimens. Current efforts utilize Sanger, microarray, NGS and gene expression profiling from formalin fixed paraffin embedded specimens
