Description: Leidos has a current job opening for Logistics Procurement Manager in Fairmont, WV supporting the DOD ABIS Sustainment and Services contract. This 5 year program will provide operations, maintenance, software sustainment services and hardware procurement services, and associated support for all devices associated with the DoD ABIS system. These services shall focus on supporting the Warfighter needs by sustaining adequate support functions. Our company is searching for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Logistics Procurement Manager. The Logistics Procurement Manager identifies and evaluates suppliers, arranges for transportation of purchased goods, identifies and develops strategies for addressing logistical barriers, ensures quality record keeping, and provide leadership to our Logistics and Training teams. The successful applicant will also be responsible for prioritizing tasks to meet expected needs of the technical staff and maintaining an accurate inventory.
