ISR & Targets Operations Manager - (Hampton, VA)

Description: Leidos has an opening for an ISR & Targets Operation Manager to work at Langley AFB in Hampton, VA. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered.Candidate will help USAF Target Enterprise components develop strategic planning; operational guidance and tasking; multi-ISR discipline targeting tactics, techniques, procedures and checklists; manage intermediate target development; and analyze / report organizational mission effectiveness metrics. Candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of CJSCI 3160.01B / CJCSI 3370.01B standards and military operation specific caveats, current C/JFACC objectives and AF/Active Duty and Total Force Initiative organizational missions and functions. Operational background using target intelligence related tools and applications to include but not limited to CGS, JTT, JEMS, iSToRE, MIDB, JADOCS, Socet GXP, ArcGIS, and FalconView , NPW, GCCS-I3, NGDS, Enterprise Wizard etc. is required.
