Executive Chef 2 - (Westminster, MD)

Provides culinary leadership within a medium sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution. Key Duties - Ensures food preparation & production meets operational standards. - Implements & coordinates the culinary function. - Directs & trains cooks & utility workers. - Manages catering & retail areas. - Customer & Client satisfaction. - Manages food & physical safety programs. Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef two for McDaniel College located in Westminster, MD. The Executive chef will be expected to educate students by providing creative events for the dining hall. The Chef will also provide upscale catering events for events in the President's home. The food is the centerpiece at this account.
