Business Development Representative ($50K/Year) - (Winder, GA)
Position description The primary focus of this role is to provide support so that the sales team can operate effectively on a day to day basis. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized and friendly and creative with quick paced and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Responsible for working as part of a team to support the Business Development Managers in prospecting and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. • Maximize revenue for the company by achieving sales targets • Conduct research to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace • Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain existing customers relationship within the construction industry • Call on leads and track in CRM software • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
