Applicants must currently have a 4-year Bachelor Degree to be qualified.Global consumer packaged goods manufacturer seeks a Maintenance and Engineering Manager to lead a maintenance and engineering team at the company's flagship site north of Hartford, CT. The Maintenance Manager will:Lead the plant to successful TPM implementation and the related pillars, including Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, and Focused Improvement. Development and implementation of a strong predictive/condition based maintenance program. Defining and communicating a set of metrics to allow the team to understand actual performance against specific goals on a daily basis. Development of a critical equipment list and associated strategic maintenance plan.
