We are looking for MAC Engineer immediately to be based out of Vienna, VA(Washington, DC) Work Location : Vienna, VA(Washington, DC) Duration : Longterm Start Date : ASAP Rate : Standard. Position summary The advanced IT Desktop Support role for MAC OS platform is part of IT Client Computing services function and is responsible for a wide spectrum technical support tasks for a defined geographic Region (Americas) supporting the MAC device platforms . In addition, this role will also be part of a shared support pool of IT specialists which, in addition to the MAC devices also support Windows platforms (secondary The primary task is to prioritize and ensure timely responses to employee client related incidents/requests for a MAC community of users which have a rich and plethora of security qualifications on their devices. This is an internal customer-facing role where your skills at maintaining and developing relationships with internal employees is crucial.
