Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Behavioral Consultant - (Pittsburg, KS)

Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a non-profit agency that strives to make evidence-based interventions available to children and their families in rural and low-income settings with an emphasis on providing home and community-based services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. IBT is searching for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) OR Lead Provider (individual pursuing the criteria to sit for the BCBA examination) to work with children with autism in rural Southeast Kansas. This provider will develop and supervise behavioral programming, train and supervise direct service providers, complete periodic assessments, work with 3rd-party payers, and work to build ABA program access in this area of the state. This position offers adjustable hours and the opportunity for a full or part time position while working with an agency that helps you navigate the world of insurance reimbursement, credentialing, and training with a family focus.
