Product Program Manager I - (Grovetown, GA)

Product Program Manager Leads a cross-functional team using the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) to develop and implement major improvements to existing products or new product program (typically small in size). Responsible for meeting the program objectives conducting phase reviews and maintaining tracking methods for the programs. Projects typically meet some or all of the following criteria; single location (manufacturing and/or engineering design center) 1 program with less than two product models total AFE budget of less than $10 million (USD) and an average of less than twenty resources (per Enterprise Resource Calculator). MAJOR DUTIES: Oversees program(s) execution providing direction and managing to the set schedule financial targets function and performance quality and customer satisfaction goals. Manages schedule to ensure that changes are limited and the financial and customer implications are fully understood and communicated to the appropriate level of leadership.
