Maintenance Technician - (Sandusky, OH)

POSITION OVERVIEW Rooms Maintenance is responsible for performing skilled repairs to the fixtures, furniture, and equipment in the sleeping rooms of the resort and condominiums and to maintain the best possible conditions at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to guests and associates. QUALIFICATION STANDARDS EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: High-school certificate or equivalent is required. 1 Year background in carpentry, painting, electrical, and appliance repair required. Trade School and/or College course work in related position helpful. LICENSE/PERMITS REQUIRED: None REQUIRED SKILLS: Outstanding verbal and writing expertise. Expertise to lead by example and ensure that staff is working within company policies. Expertise to be self-motivated, administrative and pro-active preventative maintenance skills needed.
