Position summary and Duties for C.I. Tech Requirements: one Bachelors Degree required two Advanced skills in Microsoft excel, SAP, Word, ei3. 3 Superior time management, verbal and written correspondence , and management skills. four Expertise to operate independently and in a group. five Possess or expertise to learn basic SPC skills. Job assignments: one Audit product to specifications using CTQ, RTQ, ei3, and SAP data: * Must have current knowledge of internal and customers specifications. * Must know where internal and customer specifications are located and be able to access them. * Perform CTQ and RTQ testing on product. * Must have proven competency on CTQ and RTQ measurement equipment through GPI measurement system training process. * Use data and background to set priorities on where to focus time and effort on each shift. * Move defective material into blocked stock. one Audit processes on the production floor. * Must have knowledge of plant SOP's that relate to the quality of product.
