JDHuntr Attorney Law Jobs 24908 Head of Operations, Legal, General Corporate, Austin, TX To apply go to JDHunterinhousejobs.com report to the General Counsel and will handle all administrative matters relating to the Legal Group and the delivery of legal services to internal clients, including administrative matters pertaining to finances and budgeting, outside counsel and other vendors, and the legal departments utilization of details technology. Develop, revise, and oversee the Legal Groups policies and procedures. Assist in the personnel management of the Legal Group including hiring and performance evaluations. Review and negotiate outside counsel bills and billing arrangements ensuring that standards for service, delivery and costs are met. Review legal department financial reports, accounts payable, and work-in-process reports in order to update the General Counsel regarding the departments short range outlook and the efficient delivery of legal services to internal clients.
