Crew Leader 3 - 2nd shift - (Berwick, PA)

* Assigns employees to work stations. * Calculates daily production reports and forwards to engineering department. * Orders all production supplies from production control schedules and is directly responsible for any shortages. * Notifies manager of any issues regarding and is accountable for maintaining production schedules. * Enters all move forms and corrections into MAPICS system as needed. * Oversees production reports and attendance records and notifies manager of related policy and discipline. * Maintains and updates manufacturing orders in the computer regularly to ensure that all components are being issued properly. * Coordinates all supplies required for shipment as listed on the "outside converting pick" form (approved by planner). * Promptly responds to requests by outside converts for any additional supplies needed to complete orders and coordinate the shipment as stated above.
