Summary: TyBot is currently seeking applicants to perform Electrical and Mechanical Assembly tasks to assemble components into sub-systems and integrate sub-systems into a completed system. The assembler will work cooperatively as part of a production team in a small and exciting company. Primary responsibilities: Read, interpret, and follow basic schematics, assembly drawings, diagrams, bills of material, and other documented instructions to accurately assemble system components Use best practices to assemble and wire electrical panels Assemble cable harnesses from drawings, including correct cable lengths, crimping and terminating connectors. Installing finished harnesses into the system Testing panels and connectors by checking continuity from schematics and following documented test procedures Utilizing common tools for mechanical assembly of the system: Screwdrivers, ratchet/sockets, drill Angle grinder, drill press, band-saw Torque wrench
