Microbiome Research AssociateBIOINFORMATICS RESEARCH CENTERThe Department of Bioinformatics and Genomics at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte invites applications for a Microbiome Research Associate to work at our location in the North Carolina Research Campus (NCRC) in Kannapolis. The NCRC is a public-private partnership between corporations, universities and healthcare organizations advancing science at the intersection of human health, nutrition and agriculture (www.ncresearchcampus.net). The successful applicant will have significant background analyzing microbial genomics data sets. This position will provide research, consulting and technology solutions to support microbiome research and development projects. This position will also develop workflows for standard microbiome or metagenomics data analysis.
