Mobile Device Management Engineer - (Fort Mill, SC)

Position summary: Responsible for assisting and training both MDM analysts and end users at all levels up to and including executives in the operation and configuration of devices and/or services provided, as well as troubleshoot as necessary within the scope determined by the needs of the organization. This position will also create, maintain, and manage documentation for both technical staff and end users as necessary. Must collaborate with other teams, both technical and non-technical, to determine their mobility needs and meet them appropriately. The MDM Engineer will serve as Level three support for escalations and issues for all mobile devices and MDM related functions. Assignments include (but not limited to):
