Process Engineer We are looking for a Process Engineer for a company near Twinsburg. Process Engineer Responsibilities and Qualifications: The Process Engineer works with production and maintenance personnel to identify and successfully implement improvement opportunities for existing production processes. The Process Engineer has the foremost role of trouble shooting, identifying process controls for the thermoforming, CNC, Die cutting and Assembly processes. They will be responsible for the process control record keeping, maintenance and continuous improvement of all processes. The Process Engineer provides hands on troubleshooting support for the equipment operators, machine set up, maintenance and tooling technicians to minimize production interruptions resulting from downtime and inefficiencies and maintaining optimum daily performance, run efficiency and repeatability of all molds and machinery. Recommends and implements improvements to production processes, cycle times, methods and controls
