Maintenance Mechanic - (Hauppauge, NY)

We are currently recruiting for Maintenance Mechanics for a company located in the Eastern Suffolk county area! Applicants with Food , Cosmetic, or Pharma experience are encouraged to apply! Typical duties include but are not limited to: - Improves function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment - Experience specifically working within a manufacturing setting - Perform repairs, upgrades, installations and periodic maintenance of production machinery ( Belts, conveyors, gears , bearings, packaging lines, capers and sealers) - Maintains safe and healthy working environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations. - Preventative maintenance - Min of 3yrs of maintenance manufacturing experience - Electrical repair work a plus but not mandatory -Expertise to read blueprints and schematics This opportunity is a direct hire-position Pay: $23.00 - $26.00(Based on experience) Hours: first shift and second shift available Working hours: 7:00AM-5:00PM
