Develops and maintains Websites that provide extremely valuable details and tools that serve internal and external customers. Develops and manages content and functionality related projects that meet the needs of internal and external customers and supports tactical and strategic initiatives. Continually improves the Website and Website related processes. Serves as a team lead to prioritize, assign and direct work. DUTIES: Creates and maintains innovative written, visual and audio web content and functionality in a cost effective manner, as well as managing external resources in this regard. Develops and maintains critical Website infrastructure including branch, folder and file structure. Analyzes processes and procedures for creating and maintaining content. Recommends and implements process improvements. Gathers, defines, evaluates, and documents content and functionality qualifications that meet the needs of customers, channel partners, or stakeholders.
