Job details**Work Location: Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station **REQUIREMENT- Must be a US Citizen and must pass a Federal Experience ReviewPosition DescriptionCandidate will provide construction quality assurance on several simultaneous federal projects ranging in value up to several million dollars.Applicant will observe, inspect and provide reports on construction projects at federal facilities for compliance with plans and specifications in regards to workmanship, materials, installation and construction methods.Provide recommendations or necessary changes to government personnel regarding contract plans and specification relative to all phases of construction.Applicant should be able to monitor contractor’s quality system and administer the three-phase inspection process.Provides surveillance at construction sites and assists owner in problem resolution.Delivers and review change orders; modification; RFIs; and submittals.Monitor contractor’s schedule
