Building Systems Transport is Hiring for the Fleet Operations Manager Position! Essential Duties of the Fleet Operations Manager: - Recruit drivers as needed and improve driver recruitment and retention. Benefits Include: - Oversee fleet of 100 + trucks - Must be prepared to assume shift operations with little or some advance notice. - Direct activities of staff and vendors performing repairs and maintenance to equipment, vehicles, and facilities. - Medical, dental & vision insurance Requirements/Requirements: - Prior experience background in the motor carrier industry preferred, including knowledge of operations, clerical procedures, and DOT regulations. - Must be organized and able to work with PC. - Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints. - Direct and perform activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles.
