Driver trainer - Regional run - Home every other week! Trainers typically are the highest paid group of driving associates. Our trainers typically have students for about a month each and during that period they help us develop our future trainers. As a trainer, you will be running a lot of National freight but will stay primarily East of the Rockies. Power lanes include: Midwest (meat patch) to Laredo, Laredo to Northeast, Laredo to Southeast, Northeast to Midwest.
