The mygofer associate greets and assists members with the use of the mygofer website, including the set-up of scheduled orders, special instructions along with the basic ordering process. Handles member order fulfillment and pick-up, in-coming phone calls and any other member contact. * Ensures customer care and selling #1 priority * Interacts with customers to determine and meet customer needs, provides assistance and support and ensures a positive shopping background * Follows mygofer procedures efficiently and effectively pulls and packs merchandise in an organized manner to fulfill customer orders * Meets daily hours sales and customer deliver goals established for the department * Knows store layout, services and locations of merchandise and tours area of responsibility and prioritizes jobs as needed.
