The primary purpose of this position is to develop and implement all program activities to manage and preserve fish and wildlife resources; restore habitats and promote biodiversity; perform wetland management activities; support the Bird Aircraft Strike Hazard reduction program; respond to nuisance wildlife hazards; and provide professional support. Responsibilities Provides extensive professional ability to support assigned environmental projects through the application of professional knowledge and skill in fish and wildlife, habitat, and wetland management protection practices, processes and techniques. Responsible for executing assigned projects, in-house and by contract, to comply with all applicable Federal, state and local environmental laws and policies. Provides consultation and advisory services in support of natural resources issues.
