Land Surveyor - Jensen Builders LAND SURVEYORJensen Builders has an opening for a Surveyor; Duties; Construction layout: Paving, Utilities and Building / Structural* verify building site location for correct field layout. Perform fieldwork, drafting, record research, data analysis, document preparation, legal descriptions, plats and other aspects of Land Surveying. Collect quality survey data for maps, reports, and legal descriptions. Perform surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties based on field data, record documents & titles. Key traits for this position are Bachelor's degree in land surveying or equivalent background, effective communication, leadership and management skills; team member; and expertise to work outdoors and in a professional office environment on a wide variety of projects. AutoCAD/Civil3D, Trimble Business Center skills and GPS/RTK, Robotic Total Station background is a must.
