Design Engineer Team Leader - (Fargo, ND)

Farm King is, a leading and growing manufacturer of farm equipment. As the team leader, you will lead the design team in developing new and ongoing Farm King product line projects, provide support to sales, production, service or quality as required and assist other divisions or projects as assigned. Essential responsibilities and duties include leading designers and engineers, providing support for prototype construction, coordinating product design from concept through design, coordinate production implementation and creating and managing project timelines. The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering, and/or a related position with managerial background, 8 or more years of design background, background with agricultural equipment (farming background) is preferable, knowledge of 3D CAD system and the expertise to explain and understand technical ideas and concepts.
