Key responsibilities are: (1) Validate real property land interests (2) Issue, manage and terminate outgrants, conduct compliance inspections and dispose of real property. (3) Maintain integrity of data input to the District Real Estate Management Details System (REMIS) and serve as the System Administrator of the REMIS database.
